Diaspora Co.’s chai masala (or chai spices) is their first spice blend and crowns the four years of work in sourcing the most delicious cardamom, ginger, fennel, cinnamon, black pepper, and cloves from 40 small, regenerative farms throughout India and Sri Lanka. This blend can obviously make a beautiful, comforting cup of masala chai, but it can also be used to season various baked goods, oatmeal, simple syrups, etc.
