Farmers Sarah and Alex of Among the Oaks grow ashwagandha and ginger—among other herbs—and then process them alongside cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and star anise into their grounding take on a masala chai (spiced chai).

This blend can be prepared hot or iced with the full-fat milk of your choice and sweetened to taste. One jar makes ~18 servings, depending on how strong you make your chai.
